1. Serve Families Who Need Relief

We are building a fund and process for:

Free or reduced-rate cleanings for families going through crisis

(illness, grief, job loss, etc.)

Working with nonprofits -

like Cleaning for a Reason to support cancer patients with free home care

Launching a “Community Relief List” where supporters can nominate or sponsor a family in need of help

2. Employ with Purpose

We will hire people who are:

Seeking second chances after hardship

Single parents who need flexible, supportive work

Neurodivergent, previously incarcerated, or simply looking for meaningful work in a safe, supportive culture

Well pay above-industry wages, hire and train for leadership, and offer scheduling that works for real life

3. Empower Our Clients and Community

We don’t want to just work in homes—we want to

build up homes.

Creating cleaning checklists, kid chore charts, home maintenance guides—free tools to help families stay on track

Offering "Chore Fairy" services—affordable help with everyday home overwhelm (laundry, tidying, dishes, etc.)

Launching an online learning hub to help other aspiring cleaners and mompreneurs start their own paths
