What to Expect

Step One

Discovery & Consultation

We begin with a quick conversation to understand your needs, preferences, and priorities.

Whether it's weekly cleaning, Airbnb turnover, or organizing help, we gather the details to tailor our service to your space and lifestyle.

This can be done via phone, text, email, or our online form.

Step Two

Customized Quote & Service Recommendation

Based on your home size, condition, and the services you’re looking for, we provide a clear, upfront quote.

We’ll also recommend the most suitable package—whether it’s a Deep Clean, Maintenance Clean, or our flexible Chore Fairy service.

Step Three

Scheduling & Booking

Once you're ready, we’ll lock in your service day and time.

For recurring clients, we create a consistent schedule that works around your life.

Specialty cleanings or special requests (under 24-hour notice) are subject to a $200 minimum.

Step Four

Personalized Cleaning Plan

We develop a plan for your home based on your priorities. You’ll receive a digital checklist or walkthrough preview so you know exactly what will be done and where our focus will be.

Step Five

Service Day

Our professional, friendly cleaners arrive on time and fully equipped. We use traditional methods with eco-conscious products to provide a thorough, respectful clean. Every service includes a start-to-finish checklist and final walk-through (if requested).

Any service over 4–5 hours may incur additional charges.

Step Five

Feedback & Follow-Up

After each visit, we check in for your feedback. We’re always refining and adjusting to better serve you—and make sure you’re thrilled with the results.
